Stanford Affiliates: How to Sign in to the Online Ordering Portal

Step 1: Go to transportation.stanford.edu/order. |

Step 2: In the “Log in by Organization” tab, click on the icon that corresponds to your Stanford affiliation.Your options are:

Step 3: Use your single sign-on credentials to log in.Note: Stanford employees and students should access the system using Stanford’s single sign-on process. If you are a Stanford employee or student and are prompted to create a new account, please close the browser and try using a different browser. (We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.) If the problem persists, please contact our office at 650.723.9362 or transportation@stanford.edu to resolve the issue. |

What is single sign-on?Single sign-on is an online authentication process that allows you to access multiple applications with one set of credentials. Each Stanford affiliation (Stanford University, SHC, LPCH) has its own single sign-on system. |
